    Directions: At any moment that it is required apply the desired amount of balm in the palm of your hand. Pause breath in and out deeply. Begin gently spreading the balm between your palms,warming up the ointment. Consciously bring your awareness to the balm between your hands. Focus entirely on yourself, massaging your arms, going all the way up to the elbows .
